Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh seluruh petugas pengelola Dumas se-Kabupaten Indramayu di Aula Diskominfo Indramayu, Senin (20\/04\/2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Indramayu, Suwenda, menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan pengaduan sebagai tolak ukur kualitas pelayanan publik, serta respons cepat petugas Dumas dalam menangani aduan yang masuk di instansinya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPengelolaan pengaduan masyarakat merupakan bagian penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik serta sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi pemerintah daerah,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suwenda menjelaskan, pengelolaan Dumas di Kabupaten Indramayu telah memiliki dasar hukum yang jelas, yakni Peraturan Bupati Indramayu Nomor 68 Tahun 2021, serta didukung evaluasi kinerja pengelolaan aduan. Seluruh pengaduan masyarakat dikelola melalui sistem SP4N-LAPOR! serta layanan lokal \u201cWong Reang Wadul\u201d yang terhubung dalam satu sistem yang sama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSeluruh pengaduan masyarakat dari berbagai sumber harus masuk dalam satu sistem agar data lebih tertata dan mudah dipantau. Kecepatan dalam merespons pengaduan menjadi hal penting untuk menjaga kepercayaan masyarakat,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam pelaksanaannya, admin diminta aktif melakukan pengecekan minimal dua kali sehari dan memberikan respons awal secara cepat. Target penyelesaian aduan ditetapkan maksimal lima hari kerja untuk aduan langsung, dua hari kerja untuk aduan elektronik, dan 1&#215;24 jam untuk aduan darurat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evaluasi ini juga menekankan pentingnya koordinasi antarperangkat daerah serta keterbukaan informasi kepada publik. Sepanjang tahun 2025, tercatat 4.315 aduan masyarakat dan seluruhnya berhasil diselesaikan. Pemerintah juga mendorong perangkat daerah lebih aktif memantau media sosial serta mengoptimalkan aplikasi \u201cWong Reang\u201d dengan fitur \u201cDumas-yu\u201d guna meningkatkan kemudahan layanan pengaduan masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui kegiatan ini, Pemerintah Kabupaten Indramayu berharap pengelolaan pengaduan masyarakat dapat semakin optimal, responsif, dan terintegrasi.
